Terms and conditions

The following terms apply to makeup services delivered by Hannah Senam Makeup ABN: 88774142525 to you. By booking any service provided by Hannah Senam Makeup you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.





Special occasion or single makeup service bookings are to be booked through my online booking portal. Bookings can be made instantly online up to 2 hours beforehand pending availability. All bookings will take place at my private home studio on the NSW Central Coast. Cancellations can by made up to 48 hours beforehand, if cancellation is made within 48 hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of the total price will be charged to your account. If you do not show up for your appointment as scheduled you will be charged 100% of the total service price.

If you need to reschedule, you can do so provided it is not within the 48 hour window of your appointment.



Payment for single service events is to be made on the day of your appointment through our eftpos terminal or with exact cash. No refunds will be given once service has taken place and payment has been received.


For mobile group bookings, once initial size of group and price is agreed upon, no reduction in numbers will be accepted and quoted price will remain. Payment in full must be paid via bank transfer no less than 48 hours before booking date. Failure to meet this deadline will result in booking being forfeited and made available for others to book.




All mobile bridal bookings will attract a travel fee dependant on location and will be charged under the following umbrellas:

Travel to and within the Central Coast region $85

Travel to and within the Hunter/Newcastle region $160

Travel to and within the North Shore/CBD region $220

Other areas are quoted on a case by case basis.


Any expense incurred as a result of parking fees associated with wedding location (this does not include parking fines - simply fees such as car parks, street parking etc) are the responsibility of the client and will be passed on as such. 


No minimum amount of people in wedding party is required in order to book a mobile bridal booking with Hannah Senam Makeup, however there is a minimum amount payable in order for mobile bookings to take place.

Minimum mobile booking amount is $500 (this does not include initial booking fee).

If the amount of services booked including travel fee amounts to less than $500, the amount will then be brought up to meet to required $500 minimum.


Once details and terms of wedding are agreed upon, a booking fee is required in order to secure you wedding date. Booking fee is non refundable for cancellation or change of mind. Booking fee is a flat amount of $150 and covers the cost of your bridal makeup trial. Trials are essential as a way for us to meet, discuss your desired look for the day and ensure you are happy to proceed with me as your wedding makeup artist.


An invoice will be sent and payment for booking fee can be made via bank transfer with the details found within said invoice.


The payment structure will then occur as follows;

Booking fee of $150 paid at time of booking to secure date and cover bridal makeup trial.

Once trial takes place, invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.

Your bridal makeup trial will take place at my home studio and can be booked any day of the week (pending availability and generally excluding Saturdays due to high demand for wedding and event bookings.)


If, after the trial you are still happy to continue with me as your bridal makeup artist, 50% of the remaining balance will be due within 7days of doing your makeup trial. 

A follow up email along with a reminder email will be sent within these 7 days. Failure to make required payment within the outlined time frame will result in your wedding date being forfeited and made available for anyone else to book.


Once 50% is received your wedding date is now 100% confirmed and the remaining 50% will then by due no later than 7 days before the wedding date.

Similarly, failure to make this payment may result in your booking not taking place.





Wedding cancellations can be accepted with at least 6 weeks notice. If cancelled with 6 or more weeks notice, any amount paid LESS the original $150 booking fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of wedding date, any amount paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. 


Wedding reschedules can be accepted in the following ways.

If wedding is rescheduled within 3 months of booking being made your booking fee can be transferred to your new date provided I have it available. A reschedule with fee being transferred will only be accepted once. If second reschedule occurs, initial booking fee will NOT be refunded and a new one will have to be paid to secure your new date.


Similarly, if reschedule occurs beyond 3 months of booking being made, booking fee will NOT be refunded and a new booking fee will have to be paid to secure your new date.


I will always do my best to accommodate wedding reschedules however if I do not have your new date available, booking fee will NOT be refunded.


Please also note that once group size is agreed upon and payment has been made no reduction in numbers will be accepted and quoted price will remain. Adding on people once group size has been agreed upon will be accommodated where possible.



Any allergies or skin conditions must be communicated by you the client before makeup services takes place and thorough consultation will always be had before doing so. By accepting these terms and conditions upon booking a service, you agree that in no event is Hannah Senam Makeup liable for incidental or consequential damages such as eczema, sensitive skin/eyes, dermatitis etc.


Photos and videos will only ever be taken with your verbal consent and Hannah Senam Makeup reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken for promotion/content/social media posts etc.
